I am using 3M Water Softener for the past 1 and half years. It is very good. Water quality is very good. 3M proved his quality and performance. They can reduce the cost anual AMC and per service cost as it bit expensive as of now.

    What type of water Treatment systems (WTP) do you provide?
    We offer a 3M Automatic Water Treatment solutions including Water Softener, Sediment removal, Iron Removal & Odour / Chlorine Removal systems, which is suitable for Individual Homes, Apartments, Hospital, Hotels Colleges, and schools for external purpose usage and then for drinking purification setups depending on your water source and requirement.
    How do I know which system is right for my home or business?
    Our team conducts a detailed water source test, under the site feasibility, quantity of water usage and then recommend the most suitable water treatment system / purifications system models which fulfil customer’s need.
    What are the branded products and solution are you doing?
    We are offering branded multiple water related products which suits domestic and commercial needs. In water treatment Systems (WTP) we are the Authorized Distributor for 3M and Dealers for Kent and ZeroB. In Heat Pump products we are Authorized Dealers for V-Guard and Sub Dealer for Racold brand. Sub-Dealer for Grundfos Pressure pump and in Drinking water solution we are Sub Dealers for Kent and ZeroB.
    Do you offer installation and after-sales support?
    For Installation and after Sales support we will share the installation / Complaint details to the respective brand and follow it up with the brands for updating.
    How 3M water softener is difference between other brands?
    3M water softener is automatic regeneration unit based on quantity or days. It works at maximum of 7 bar pressure. Waste water is very less. Compact size, sediment removal up to 5 micron before water feed into softener, longer resin life are the some of the benefits of 3M and other brands does not have this features.
    How often should the filters be replaced?
    The 3M filters replacement depends on the quantity of water usage and quality. The product has simple maintenance which customer can do, if they need help Service partners will support on chargeable basis. 3M products does not have a AMC
    What is Heat pump?
    Instead of having water heater for each room, the Heat pump installed at a terrace and from there it will supply hot water to bathrooms. It will support the bathroom’s aesthetics and heat pump will give instead hot water with 65% electricity bills.
    Why Kent Reverse Osmosis is recommended?
    Kent Reverse Osmosis which has a Total Dissolved Solids Controller (TDSC) which supports both Metro, Bore, well and Lorry water sources. Other many brand of Reverse Osmosis (RO) does not have such a facilities.
