Iron Water: Iron is a natural mineral and inorganic solid which is present in bore or well water. Iron has related parameters like turbidity, total suspended solids color and odor. This iron water damages appliances marble tiles, clothes, skin, hair, etc. VR Technology has unique and automatic solution with zero maintenance and does automatic backwash and rinse based on the quantity. We have executed the product size ranging from 500 liters to 50,000 Liters per day.
VR Tech Water Softeners: VR Tech water softeners has both automatic and semi automatic units to treat hard water which is combination of calcium and magnesium. The hard water is the reason for scaling and damages the appliances affecting the skin and hair etc. VR Tech water softener has a sodium based cationic (Negatively charged) resin which holds the calcium and magnesium and gives soft water. After output of certain quantity the sodium will be injected to recharge the resin which thereby becomes again as sodium resin. The automatic valve does regeneration and rinse based on the quantity. VR Technology executes the project which ranges from 1000 liters to 50,000 liters.
VR Tech – Commercial Reverse Osmosis Plant: VR Tech team has an expertise in designing, manufacturing, erection, and commissioning of any size large scale RO systems for all type of segments like home, hospital, industry, institution etc.
Reverse Osmosis is a membrane technology, gives 2 solutions with different ionic concentration are separated by a semi permissible membrane then water with a lower concentration of ionic substances flows towards the water with higher concentration of ionic substances and tries to equalize the concentration levels. This is a natural osmosis process. Reverse osmosis is reversing the natural osmosis process by applying sufficient external pressure to the more ionic concentrated side. So the water is forced through a semi permeable membrane that allows only water by using only external pressure. Due to the external pressure pure water passes through the membrane screening out dissolved salt and letting out the reject. Any bore or well water quality classified into 3 types.
• Tap water
• Brackish water
• Sea water
Tap Water:
The tap water considered if TDS (Total dissolved solids) less than 2000 PPM. All domestic RO plants come under the tap water
Brackish Water:
The brackish water TDS consists of more than 2000 ppm and less than 8000 ppm.
Sea Water:
The sea water consists TDS more than 8000 ppm.
